Hand book "Equality in sports, JUST DO IT"

We are proud to present the handbook "Equality in Sports, JUST DO IT," written by the 40 young participants who took part in the two youth exchanges in Gislaved, Sweden, and Georgia. Through this handbook, the young people aim to shed light on inequalities in sports and explore the stereotypes that shape our society. The handbook also examines "bad norms" and "good norms."

We encourage you to read the handbook to gain a deeper understanding and more detailed information on the subject. By doing so, you will gain insights into the specific inequalities in sports, identify stereotypes, and reflect on why some norms are considered "bad" while others are seen as "good."

We view this handbook as an important tool to raise awareness and promote equality, not only in sports but also in society as a whole. We hope you take the time to read it and benefit from the insights and lessons these dedicated young people have shared.
